**1. User Credentials:**

   - Each paid user is provided with one set of credentials.

   - Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the website’s terms of service.

   - Access to one set of credentials is restricted to one device.

**2. Account Suspension:**

   - Multiple login attempts from different devices may result in the suspension of the user's account.

   - Users may appeal for account reinstatement, and StudyPluz reserves the right to accept or reject such requests.

**3. Individual Use Only:**

   - StudyPluz products and programs are intended for individual use only.

   - Broadcasting or sharing programs through any means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of intellectual property rights.

   - Legal proceedings may be initiated in case of such a breach.

**4. Payment Methods:**

   - Customers can make payments through online payment, cash, card, or cheque.

   - Products/programs paid by cheque will be dispatched only upon realization of the cheque.

**5. Price Revision:**

   - StudyPluz reserves the right to revise product and program prices at its sole discretion without prior notice.

**6. Access Duration:**

   - Users have access to the product and content until the specified month and year of validity.

   - Certain courses/programs may have view count restrictions.

**7. Course Extension:**

   - Students can request a free extension of the course period if the validity expires before completion.
